Suitable for people (18 and over) who have had no experience whatsoever in yoga or for those that have had a long break.  Or it may that you started yoga online during the pandemic and have not had a real IN PERSON class! There’s no substitute for having a real life teacher in the room with you to guide you in your yoga practice! We’ll explore the basics principles of yoga breathing, explore some of the postures and look at the background of yoga and why it’s so popular today as an holistic body and mind practice.
