ONLINE AND IN PERSON
The Wednesday classes are general mixed ability with a real diverse group of people attending (18 and over) from beginners to the more experienced yoga practitioner.
Typically the main asana (postures) are likely to be accessible for most people with alternatives for anyone with limitations or injuries. Generally variations are offered for those who perhaps have more experience and want to work a little stronger in their asana. The classes always end with a guided relaxation and pranayama (seating meditative breath work).
